:

I liked the sound quality with no crackling and no interference. The sound was isolated with good noise cancellation system. I like the way it is compatible with my iPhone which means I can use it as microphone/ear piece and use the control to call, end calls and compatible with SIri and S-Voice on the Samsung Galaxy S3.

:

I expected to have a carry case, which wasn’t in the box because most headphones you would expect those to come with the product. I also didn’t like how tight it felt on my head thereby giving my ears and head some discomfort when using for prolonged period of time.

It works well and if you have a small size to medium sized head, you are in for a bargain with premium looking and stylish headphones for great price point. The compatibility with your smartphone is a bonus so you can spend on one product rather than multiple products for different purposes.

I have tried, tested and own a few headphones and the Urbanista Los Angeles is another addition to one of the stylish and high audio quality headphones in the affordable price range.

Unlike other headphones that’s available on the market, Urbanista Los Angeles stands out with a number of multipurpose functions like the capability to fully interact with your iPhone or other smart phones with calls, music and Mobile phones that have voice dialing, it is capable of interaction with those too.

Opening the well packaged box is the headphone itself, some information, a VIP registration card for authentication and extra adaptor than can either extend the cable length be used with older handsets like Sony Ericsson.

The headphone has leather overhead finishing with flexible insides to allow it to fit perfectly no matter what the size of your head is.  The side of the over-ear pieces is a brush metal finishing with the Urbanista logo embossed.  The ear pieces itself has soft padding for comfortable placement over your ears and prolonged use.  The earpieces are also extendable so that you can adjust according to your size.  The earpieces are not bulky unlike Beats by Dre headphones thereby making it light and quite discreet; it also does not run on a battery, which means no extra purchases will be needed.

Having used premium headphones like Beats by Dre, Philips and Sennheiser ones, I already had high expectations and the Urbanista Los Angles most definitely was up to standards with high quality audio from both my iPod Nano, my PC, MacBook Pro an iPhone.  In order to make sure it’s not just the fact I have good source of music I also tried an old PC with Spotify and the Audio quality was not lacking.

The connector plugs were not anything of premium standards like gold tip found on some high-end headphones, yet it performed to high standards.

Verdict

It works well and if you have a small size to medium sized head, you are in for a bargain with premium looking and stylish headphones for great price point.  The compatibility with your smartphone is a bonus so you can spend on one product rather than multiple products for different purposes.
