Apple has kicked off WWDC 2013 with some new improvements to MAC OS X named Mavericks. Â It brings new features such as Finder Tabs, Tags, and Multiple Display functionality. Â So what are they? and will they make users work more efficiently with future Mac systems?
Tags
This will bring a better and faster way to search for folders and files on Mac OS X; fior example if you tagged a file as “gadgetsboy”, searching for that word will bring the folder up in search results making it faster and easier to find files buried in the systems.
Finder Tabs
Anyone who works with multiple folders will agree that it can become very frustrating to keep hiding folders or dragging one over the other in order to see what you need; well with Finder Tabs in folders you will be able to open multiple tabs of folders so you can drag and drop files easily.
Multiple Displays
Multiple Displays is another attempt, in fact a great one to make extending displays much more easier than it has ever been for Mac users. Mac users will be able to extend or mirror their display to another Apple computer wirelessly via AirPlay using WiFi. It also means that Apple TV users will finally have more functionality for their device with the ability to mirror or extend a MacBook’s display to an HDTV.
