What's This?

Ever wonder one of the reasons why a lot of Apple products appeal to its users? well it is the simplicity; simplicity in design, functionality and usability.  Nothing works better than a gadget that looks nice, works great and is very usable; the Bluelounge Mika is a stand that fits all making it extremely functional.

Video Review of the Bluelounge Mika

If you own an iPad, be it the iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3, yes you get the point, any iPad you can use the Mika stand, if you have a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air you can use the Mika and it does not stop with just Apple product, it can be used with the likes of a Samsung Galaxy Tab also, as long as it fits.

The design itself is nothing to write pages and pages about, it is built from aluminium and curved into a beautiful shape that resembles that of the iMac stand/neck, in fact the finishing is very similar to that of the iMac.  It looks so good that it would fit perfectly and look the part next to the iMac, it would complete the simple look you might be going for.

The hard plastic that is used on the top and bottom are durable and will not scratch you gadget when placed on it; it also has the same material used on the bottom area so allow easy movement on a table without scratching or marking your office desk.  The subtle bluelounge logo is also placed in the right places so it does not over power the look.

If you know about Bluelounge Milo, the younger brother to the Mika made for smart phones, you will appreciate the intelligent design used in the micro suction surface, just as the Milo is amazingly good the Mika is also great only thing that is missing the suction surface that could have came in handy if you would like to grab your iPad for example whilst still placed in the Mika.

Products like this is what makes me appreciate technology designs that are simple and could easily make the Mika is best stand ever made for the iProducts.
