Glasgow Summer Sessions is a big festival over in Glasgow, Scotland, where a lot of people come together to enjoy live DJ performances and if you happen to attend the second show, you get to experience a live act. This year, I got to visit the summer sessions with Bose who are one of the pioneers when it comes to the way you enjoy your audio listening experience.
Bose recently launched their #Listenforyourself campaign, encouraging music lovers to try out Bose headset range in order to make their purchasing decision. I got to try the Bose SoundTrue headset myself and I was quite surprised at the level of sound quality it delivered; it came with a carry case, and it was extremely light, portable and can be folded in such a way that makes it compact. They are aimed at users who wants to combine fashion with sound.
The festival feature David Guetta as the main act of the night and during the show, festival goers were encouraged to take a selfie of themselves enjoying the festival in order to have a chance of winning a pair of Bose headphones. Serving as a judge on the day with two fellow bloggers Mary and Michelle, we got to enjoy the festival as well as see the selfies that were sent in and shortlist some winners for final selection.
Some amazing selfies were sent in with images showing how much the festival goers were enjoying themselves. We even had some entries from the ice-cream van owners, who were ready and keen for the festival prior to the crowd’s arrival. The rainy and windy weather conditions had no chance of interrupting the festival as the DJs played some of the best dance music out there today.
