What's This?

After so many speculations, HTC has followed in Samsung’s footstep by introducing a mini version of their flagship device, the HTC One.  The HTC One mini which features a 4.3-inch 720p screen , HTC’s UltraPixel camera with the HTC Zoe will also follow its big brother’s footstep with a camera that handles low-light conditions very well.

Just like the HTC One, the Mini version is running HTC’s BlinkFeed UI and other similar features such as HTC BoomSound, comprising two speakers on the front coupled with beats audio to boost the sound quality.

The HTC One is available in some nice colours, however HTC One Mini will launch with the Glacial Silver and Stealth Black with no word on a red version; HTC still keeps the same aluminium unibody as the original HTC One.

Under the hood, the HTC One Mini is packing dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, clocked at 1.4GHz and HTC Sense 5.0 – just like the HTC One. There’s 16GB internal storage and 1GB RAM, with no support for  microSD card slot expansion.

The HTC One Mini will be released in ‘select markets’ in August but will be launched globally in September with Phones 4U already announcing its availability when it arrives later in the year.
