What's This?

Do you own multiple gadgets?

Are you tired of hanging cables and Cable clutter?

Are you suffering from plug space deficiency?

If you answered YES to one or more of those three questions, then this is for you.

iDAPT i4 is a multi device charging dock which can simultaneously charge four different devices at once and compatible with 4000 + devices. You can charge your Phones, Head set, GPS, MP/MP4, smart phones, portable game consoles like PS Vita, Digital camera, rechargeable batteries etc. The iDapt comes with 6 Tips for microUSB ports, iOS ports, miniUSB, Sony Ericsson 2nd Generation phones and Samsung 4th Generation phones, Nokia 2nd Generation phones and on the side you have a USB port for other devices. The Tips provided are for most of the popular handsets out there, but if yours isn’t provided, you can purchase other Tips from iDAPT.

On the iDAPT, you can install three Tips at once and use the USB on the side too; you should also bare in mind not to dock heavy devices like iPad as the Tips aren’t strong enough to hold it upright so for iPads, use the USB port provided on the right side of the docking station. The USB port on the side outputs enough power to charge the iPad, iPad 2 and the new iPad 3.

During use, iDAPT will show a solid red light on corresponding port to indicate that it’s in use and when not in use, it shows a solid green light.

The good bit:

  • It’s very well built for quality and also looks the part to be placed on the desk.
  • It does exactly what it says and buying one will be a good investment for anyone who has multiple devices.
  • It is neat and simple
  • Pricing is also spot on from £39.99 on iDAPT’s website or Amazon

The bad bit:

The finishing attracts finger prints easily and if you have the “wipe my device” OCD, then you will find yourself wiping it down quite often, however the glossy finish surface is also well complimented with the anti-scratch finish. The Tips feels quite cheap with the plastic used and can sometimes make it a little difficult, fragile to pull out device.

Thanks to the guys over at IDAPT for sending this out to me.
