What's This?

Google’s new Nexus 5 may be one of the most leaked devices of all time and now Evleaks is jumping in with a new white Nexus 5 render and the apparent November 1 release date.

The white Nexus 5 does have some of the features we have come to welcome on a Nexus device, including the two-tone white back and black front. This fits nicely with the black CMOS camera on the back of the device.

Google is not a fan of overextending the available colors for a Nexus device and we doubt they will push it further than the white and black options. No matter how awesome it would be to see a green and orange edition for Halloween, Google loves to stick to the basics.

The November 1 release date is odd, it is a day later than some sources have been announcing recently. Normally Google keeps the Nexus device in the US and may spread to Europe and other areas if there is enough demand.

This means we cannot count on Google announcing the Nexus 5 at two separate events. We still have no reports on invites getting sent out for the November 1 event and the time is closing in, unless Google makes it a private event for press only.

Alongside the LG Nexus 5, Google is set to announce the next version of Android, KitKat 4.4. This comes after a few months of Android 4.3, currently running on less than 3% of all device running Android.

Google will also announce the new Nexus 10, we expect it to come with new internals, including the Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM and the same 2560 x 1600 display. ASUS will be building the new Nexus 10, instead of Samsung.
