What's This?

Nokia is preparing a six hour event in London to show off the Finnish company’s newest mobile devices and some new software. Many pundits have already added a long line of possible new Nokia devices to be presented at the event, the top on most lists is the Nokia EOS.

The Nokia EOS is still very secretive, however the project could be Nokia’s attempt at a top high end device, to match what is on the Android market right now with Windows 8 phone inside.

This will include a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 1080p display, premium aluminium build and oodles of battery life and storage. Some even say the Nokia EOS will come with the 41MP PureView camera found on the Nokia 808.

We do expect more than just the Nokia EOS at the event in London, with the possibility of another flagship device launching with specialised camera specs for users.

The Lumia 928 will be shown off at the event, we canot see Nokia making a huge deal out of the phone, since it is currently labelled a Verizon exclusive. Considering the show is in the UK, it may be wise to host another event in the US for this particular device.

We may see the first Nokia tablet at the event, although we have no idea what to expect in terms of design and specs. Some concepts artista have made the Lumia in tablet size, but this look pretty ugly and the thick edges don’t really work.

Nokia may go slow with just a cheap Windows RT tablet, but with the current problems RT has, Nokia may go for a full Windows 8 hybrid laptop/tablet, a first for the Finnish company.

Whatever the case, Nokia should be prepared to impress with this event in more than one case, especially since it is six hours long.
