What's This?

Samsung seems incapable of just releasing one device for their flagship product, with the Galaxy S4 coming with the Zoom, Active and LTE-advanced version already. The Galaxy Note 3 is set to come with three different screen sizes, to fit different users.

The South Korea mobile giant recently sent three different units to India for R&D purposes, Samsung has a track record for doing this, as they have sent their smartwatches to India for testing.

This could just be a test to see what size engages the best response, but one month away from release is pretty tight to be making final judgements. We wonder if Samsung is actually preparing to launch three different sizes of the Galaxy Note 3.

The sizes would be 5.5-inches, 5.7-inches and 5.99-inches. The 5.5-inch smartphone would be the same size as the original, the 5.7-inch smartphone would be the same as the Galaxy Note 2 and the new 5.99-inch smartphone would be one inch larger than the Galaxy S4.

It makes sense that Samsung wants to broad their margins and if the company can deliver the amount of units necessary to boost income, we believe there is no reason why they wouldn’t launch three smartphones with the same name. However, there is that feeling Samsung is liquidating the market with this tactic of launching too many phones and it may be a big burden for them.
