What's This?

Jailbreaks are becoming harder to do with every implementation of iOS and for a while we thought we wouldn’t see iOS7 getting any jailbreak, but Evasi0n has come just in time for Christmas to release their new iOS7 untethered jailbreak.

The iOS7 Jailbreak has not been officially announced by Cydia and the owner of jailbreak apps store did say he wasn’t aware of the new jailbreak and revealed the Cydia apps store was official or updated to the newest version.

Regardless, early testers have claimed the Evasi0n jailbreak both works and users can get it running in under five minutes. This is particularly good considering how hard it is to modify Android with ROMs, on a more open platform.

The iOS7 jailbreak will allow users to change the screen load ups and enhance a lot of other features, as well as downloading expensive applications for free – this does come with some problems.

First, Apple will not accept any smartphone that has been jailbroken, even if it is changed back to the original OS. There is also the matter of selling the iPhone, jailbroken iPhones tend to sell for a lot less money than original out of the box versions.

Either way, depending on your preferences to paying for applications, you may or may not want to try out the new jailbreak for iOS7 by Evasi0n, they have added a page to download on Windows and Mac.

There are a few requirements to grab the iOS7 jailbreak, the user needs a Windows or Mac, on the Windows side anything above XP will work and on Mac the minimum is 10.6.

Users also need iTunes on Windows or Mac and the USB cable to fit into your computer. This is pretty standard things to have and we doubt anyone will get stuck reading the instructions.
