Nothing’s been a bit busy these past few months. Following several new product releases (which include new phones and earbuds), the company now turns its focus onto its CMF sub-brand with the new CMF Phone 2 Pro, which comes with some rather impressive hardware upgrades, especially when compared to its more modest predecessor. Nothing also launched a trio of wireless earbuds which round out this new ecosystem—let’s take a look!
CHECK OUT: The Nothing Phone 3a Series is Finally Official
CMF Phone 2 Pro

First up is the CMF Phone 2 Pro, which comes with some tasty new specs as mentioned earlier. Thankfully, Nothing has managed to keep the price low on this one, as it starts at just £219, making it even cheaper than rivals like the Google Pixel 9a or iPhone 16e, for example. The handset features a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness, and is encased in a plastic and metal chassis with IP54 dust and water resistance. It’s available in White, Black, Orange, and Light Green with the signature modular design seen on the CMF Phone 1.

Take a look under the hood, and you’ll see that the phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro 5G processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It’s a perfectly appropriate setup for a midrange device, even more so when you consider the hardware included with the phone. It also runs on a fairly large 5,000 mAh battery, so unfortunately it doesn’t look like Nothing is using any of the fancy new large-capacity Silicon-carbon battery tech in here. There is NFC though, which is a must especially in 2025. Nothing is also offering external accessories like a Universal Cover and interchangeable lenses.
Finally, the CMF Phone 2 Pro also features a camera system that includes a 50 MP main lens, a telephoto lens with 20x digital zoom, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16 MP front-facing camera.

First up are the CMF Buds 2 which are priced at £39 with Dirac Opteo tuning, 48dB hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and Spatial Audio Effects. The most affordable option is the CMF Buds 2a, priced at £29 and feature a lightweight design with 42dB ANC and a 12.4 mm bio-fibre driver with enhanced bass. Stepping up, the CMF Buds 2 Plus cost £49 and offer Hi-Res LDAC codec support, hearing compensation features, and full EQ customization for more audio control.
