What's This?

Following the launch of the new Galaxy A-series back in March of 2025, it looks like Samsung is now bringing its mid-range devices to more markets worldwide. Consisting of the Galaxy A56, A36 and A26, the company’s latest midrange models have been available in select regions for some time now, although this announcement marks their wider release into more markets, including the United States. Samsung is also offering different promos for buyers depending on their region, which you’ll want to check out below.

For one, the Galaxy A36 is now available in the US, and customers can receive a $50 gift card when purchasing it through either Amazon or Best Buy. Both the Galaxy A36 and the Galaxy A26 are available for purchase directly from Samsung’s website, though it should be noted that at this point in time it’s only the 128GB configuration that is currently available for both phones. As for the Galaxy A56, the phone will be coming at a later date this year.

For buyers in the United Kingdom, customers who opt for the Galaxy A56 or A36 will receive a complimentary bundle including a Galaxy Fit3, a 45W charger, and a silicone case, which are collectively valued at £138.98. Interestingly, while the Galaxy A26 does not come with these free accessories, it is offered in the 8/256GB variant in the UK. Over in Germany, Samsung is offering a free storage upgrade for both the Galaxy A56 and A36, meaning that buyers can purchase the 8/256GB model for the same price as the 8/128GB version. However, the Galaxy A26 is only available in Germany with a 6/128GB configuration.

As for India, Samsung is offering discounts on the Galaxy A56 and A36, effectively bringing their prices down to the initially announced launch prices. It’s worth noting that India has versions of both the A56 and A36 that come with 12GB of RAM, which are unfortunately not available in European markets, at least at this point in time. The Galaxy A26 has also been released in India, completing the availability of all three models in the region.

Launched back in early March this year, all three models pack a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, though the A26 retains an older waterdrop notch design. Internally, the A56 uses Samsung’s Exynos 1580, while the A36 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, and all ship with Android 15 and One UI with both Samsung’s Galaxy AI and Google’s own AI features. The camera setups vary slightly and while all three phones feature a 50MP main camera, Samsung has tweaked their ultrawide and macro lens configurations.
