The GT 7 and GT 7T are Realme’s Latest High-end Smartphones

Realme’s been cooking—expanding on its 2025 series of devices, the company recently announced the launch of the new GT 7 and GT 7T, which are now available for select markets worldwide. As such, both devices come with MediaTek Dimensity chips, massive batteries, as well as fast charging speeds. They are priced to compete with other higher-end mid-tier phones, with pricing going above 600 EUR. What can you expect from the new handsets though? Let’s take a look.

First up is the Realme GT 7—in comparison with its Chinese counterpart, the global variant of the phone comes with a Dimensity 9400e chipset and is available with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, while the front of the device comes with a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an optical fingerprint scanner. The phone also packs Realme’s new IceSence technology with graphene for improved cooling, with as much as a 6°C drop in chipset temperature, at least on paper. It runs Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, and Realme does promise four years of OS updates and six years of security patches.

For photography, the global GT 7 featues a dedicated 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, a 50MP (IMX 906) main camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide lens, with a 32MP front camera. Powering the phone is a 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery supports 120W wired fast charging, in addition to bypass charging as well. The GT 7 comes with IP69 dust and water protection, and is available in “IceSense Black” and “IceSense Blue” colours, with a limited Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team co-designed Dream Edition also available.

Meanwhile, the GT 7T is a slightly more affordable version, featuring a 6.8-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display with 1,800 nits peak brightness. It’s powered by a custom Dimensity 8400-Max chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The phone features a dual-camera system which includes a 50MP (IMX896) main sensor and an 8MP (OV08D10) ultrawide lens, alongside a 32MP selfie camera as well.

Like the GT 7, it runs Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 with the same update length of updates and likewise comes with an IP69 dust and water resistance rating, a 7,000 mAh battery, and 120W charging. The GT 7T is available in “IceSense Black,” “IceSense Blue,” and “Racing Yellow.” As for pricing, the Realme GT 7 starts at around 750 EUR, while the GT 7T comes in at around 650 EUR for the base model.
