What's This?

If you’re on the hunt for a new power bank, then you might have heard of UGREEN before – for those not in the know however, UGREEN specialises in developing consumer electronics accessories such as chargers, power banks, adaptors, and such. With that in mind, UGREEN recently announced its newest addition to accessory lineup in the form of the UGREEN 145 Power Bank.

UGREEN says that its new power bank is designed to give users fast-charging solutions to keep them connected. The power bank packs support for PD3.0, QC3.0, and is capable of 145W fast-charging speeds. For example, the power bank can fully replenish a 2022 13-inch MacBook Air in around 90 minutes, so users won’t have to wait a painfully long time just to get back to using their device.

This is possible due to the power bank’s rather large 25,000 mAh battery, which can even charge most mobile phones five times over before its battery is fully depleted. UGREEN adds that the power bank’s capacity can last from five to seven days of usage (provided that you don’t drain it in one sitting).

The 145 power bank also allows users to charge up to three devices at the same time with the three built-in ports, which includes two USB-C ports and a USB-A port. It also weighs in at just 18.1oz, making it ideal for long commutes, flights, and such. It should be said that not a lot of 25,000 mAh power packs come with this level of portability, which gives the 145 an advantage over competing products.

Users can recharge the power bank in just two hours with a 65W fast-charger, and it even comes with bi-directional technology for two-way charging. This lets users charge their devices via the power bank as it charges itself, and can even work with fast-charging devices. UGREEN has also included a digital LED display which indicates how much charge the power bank has left, which is a very welcome feature.

In terms of compatibility, UGREEN says that the power bank works with a wide range of different devices including Apple MacBooks, Windows laptops, mobile devices, and pretty much any consumer electronics device with a USB-C port. It’s currently available on Amazon for £139.99.
