Samsung’s Galaxy XR Headset is Finally Official, and is Priced at $1,800

Samsung’s new XR headset made its official debut, and it’s clear that the company has its sights set on Apple’s Vision Pro. First teased as “Project Moohan,” Galaxy XR comes as a result of a collaboration between Samsung, Google, and Qualcomm, and comes priced starting at $1,799. Samsung says that the Galaxy XR is designed to combine premium hardware with multimodal AI for an immersive user experience, allowing users to interact with both hardware and software elements via gestures, voice, and even vision. The headset also comes with dual 4K Micro-OLED displays, which feature a sharp resolution of 29 million pixels, in addition to a 6.3-micron pixel pitch and 120Hz refresh rate support.
Halo is Set to Arrive for the PS5

As for telltale signs that hell has finally frozen over, we finally got official confirmation from both Sony and Microsoft that the latter’s once-exclusive Halo series will make its debut on the PS5 in 2026. Titled “Halo: Campaign Evolved,” the new game is essentially a powered-up remake of the first-ever Halo title, and will also be available on the Xbox Series S and X. This isn’t the first time that an Xbox IP made its way over to the competition, as seen with Gears of War: Reloaded not too long ago.
Garmin’s New Aviator Watches are Official, with Hefty Prices to Boot

Garmin recently announced the arrival of its its new D2 Air X15 and D2 Mach 2 watches, which are designed for pilots and are equipped with a wide array aviation, health, and fitness features, in addition to bright touchscreen displays, built-in speakers and microphones. In terms of pricing, the D2 Mach 2 is a lot more expensive compared to the X15 ($649), and is available in two sizes with a 47mm option starting at $1,349.99 and a 51mm option starting at $1,499.99. Both watches allow users to keep track of flight paths, keep an eye on weather conditions, and come with support for detailed topography, colour-coded airspace, and the ability to quickly zoom into runways to view positioning.
The Redmi K90 Pro Max is Here, and Comes Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

Another week, another new Redmi phone. Xiaomi once again expanded its portfolio with the new Redmi K90 Pro Max, which slots into place within the more expensive end of the spectrum at around $560 once converted, and for good reason. You see, the phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which is the highest-end processor that the latter offers at the moment. It also comes with a loudspeaker tuned by BOSE, which is something that’s rarely found on the lower-end Redmi smartphones. In addition to its powerful chipset, the K90 Pro Max also features a fairly-large 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display, in addition to a massive 7,560mAh silicon carbon battery.
